One time fee includes: Registration, Collection, Processing, Testing and Cyropreservation (Annual storage plans are additional; see below).
A registration fee of $250 is required at time of enrollment and prior to the delivery of the collection kit. This fee is deducted from the price of $1495. The balance of $1245 is paid upon processing of the cord blood.
The balanceof $1245 can be made in full or with one of the following easy payment plans.
